Hire Solutions Limited operates an internal health and safety management system covering worker competency, plant and fleet compliance, hazard and incident reporting, pre-starts, task planning, environmental controls and continuous improvement. Where our personnel are supplied into a client's controlled workplace, they complete and follow the client's site induction, SSSP, task controls, traffic management, permits and emergency procedures. Hire Solutions remains responsible for the duties it can influence or control and consults, cooperates and coordinates with the client PCBU so responsibilities are clear and risks are not duplicated or left unmanaged.

For dry-hire plant, Hire Solutions manages plant condition, maintenance, handover information and known defects. The hirer is responsible for competent and appropriately licensed operation, site-specific controls and lawful use, subject always to each PCBU's non-transferable duties under New Zealand health and safety law.
